Hello
I am 63 and due to take part of my pension. I shall have 3 state pensions, France, Switzerland and the UK.
I also have e private but small pensions which I think I can take within the next 6 months. I am an EU citizen and would like to know more about mi in to Cyprus with emphasis on tax benefits.
Can you advise?
Also what if I have a small rental income from France? I think there is a double tax treaty. Does this mean I pay tax in France but have this reduced from any tax liability in Cyprus?
I am also due to get married in late 26 or in 27. My fiancé has a UK business although he works around the world. Does our tax return ,once married become joint or individual? Can he remain a tax resident in the UK? As he is now.? He would probably not qualify for 6 months in any country.
