A Well-Spent Summer Afternoon

In July, Enalian Consulting hosted its 2025 Summer Family Event at Marina’s Adventure Park in
Kakopetria, bringing together employees and their families for a refreshing day in the mountains.
With green natural surroundings and open spaces to explore, the event provided a welcome break
from the daily routine and a chance to connect in a meaningful way.

Guests were welcomed into a thoughtfully arranged private area under the trees were they enjoyed
refreshments while waiting to start the sporting activities. From archery and zip lining to laser tag,
the experiences were inclusive, accessible and designed to be as calm or energetic as each guest
preferred.

Planned with Purpose
This wasn’t just another company event, no formal speeches, no rigid schedule. It was deliberately
designed to be easygoing and genuine. A space where colleagues, families and children could
naturally connect from the moment they arrived.

Behind the scenes, every detail reflected a deeper meaning: the belief that unstructured, quality
time fosters stronger relationships and contributes to a healthier workplace culture. It’s in these
moments shared meals, relaxed conversations, simple laughter where connection grows organically.

Culture Lives in the Small Moments
Throughout the day, conversations flowed, laughter echoed and a sense of belonging quietly filled
the air. Children wandered freely between tables, team members introduced their partners and
colleagues from different departments shared stories between zipline runs. There were no slogans,
no staged moments. Just real people, being themselves!

A Subtle but Lasting Investment
Events like this may not show up on a financial report, but their impact is real in morale, loyalty,
retention and how people show up for each other on Monday morning.
Not every company chooses to create family-friendly, thoughtfully organised gatherings. But in
Enalian Consulting, it’s a natural expression of how we work: not by saying “people matter,” but by
showing it
, consistently, quietly and with care.
